Very caring and friendly Directors and the Activity Director is awesome. She is great will the residents and keeping them social and engaged. They are just having some issues hiring staff for kitchen at the moment. The room my loved one has is a perfect size for a queen bed, small couch, chair and a large dresser!

The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Working with [name removed], Community Relations Director, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions about the staff, and the different levels of care that they provide. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for help with assisted living needs.

When it became apparent that my mother could safely live in our home, I called "A Place for Mom" I was given great information and put in touch with several facilites near by. Mira Loma immediately stood out. I was near our home and church. [name removed] sent some wonderfully informative emails with videos of the actual living spaces, dining room, and all pertinent information. Our family had an in-person tour and we really liked what we saw, it seemed like they had a lot of different activities going on and the residents living there seemed pretty content. We had an overall favorable impression based on the tour, but for us the community itself was just a little bit larger.

A place where you can feel confident about the care of your loved one. It's a wonderful community with wonderful staff. This community is very friendly and welcoming. They made a difficult experience as pleasant as humanly possible for my loved one and I. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Housekeeping was once a week and was fine. I'm very pleased with Prestige at Mira Loma. We like everything about them - the staff is attentive and compassionate. There are many activities to enjoy and the food is incredibly good for an assisted living facility. I'm very pleased with Prestige at Mira Loma. I would rate all categories a 5. Everything. Words can’t express the peace of mind we have since our mom has moved in!! Our whole experience, during such a difficult time of my step dad’s passing, has been amazing. The Pestige team has accommodated us in every way possible, while making us and our mom feel like family. I can sleep at night knowing all mom’s needs are met, that she is supported, and most importantly that she is living a happy and enriched life. My Mom moved into AL at Prestige 4 months ago. Thanks to them I am able to sleep at night again, without worrying for her safety. Reasons we chose Prestige: facilities, location, variety of activities, pet friendly, 2 gorgeous green courtyards; medication support; transportation assistance to medical appts (they drop Mom off; I meet her there and drive her home) and fantastic staff! My mother has been in the Assisted Living side of Prestige for 4 months. She has expressed many times to me how nice the staff is and the good care she is receiving. She enjoys the wide range of activities available for her to participate in if she wants to. I visit frequently and the staff has always been professional and courteous to me. I am happy with the care and recreational opportunities available to my mother.
