The service is excellent! All employees are very kind and caring.
The food is getting (improving) better. A like variety but no spicy (hot) dishes.
My parents moved into their apartment in July, as my Dad says "we couldn't have picked a better place!" They love the friends they have made, all the activities and the hassle-free life with no meal planning. I love knowing they are safe and well cared for, we recently went to a Luau that included the families, it was so fun to watch everyone interact and have such a nice time. The staff truly care about the residents.

I knew on my first visit when I saw the sign that read “I am a person Alzheimer’s is my disease “ my brother-in-law would be shown the compassion he deserves. I have worked with healthcare providers for my entire adult life and I have never experienced such caring individuals as the staff working in Expressions. Their compassion is real. This was our second choice. They told me about Patriots Angels. The staff were very kind. The cost was prohibitive for us.
My loved ones started in the independent living section in a two bedroom unit that was bright and cheerful. The management team made the move-in process seamless and even gave the reluctant pair the option to move out if they did not like it. The staff was always there to assist while letting them maintain their independence. Sadly their memories faded and they made the transition to Memory care in close consultation with me. When our Dad fell and severely broke his arm last November, we were panicked to find a place for him to live, as he has lived independently his whole life, and we live thousands of miles away. My brother researched assisted living facilities in Henderson, and we were lucky to find Prestige. From the beginning we were impressed with the level of personal care that everyone on the staff is committed to, especially during the covid lockdown. I can't recommend them enough.

We were there looking for a place for my dad. I pretty much went thru every property on my side of town which were numerous. The property is beautiful and clean. Watching the residents interact with the staff tells me it is a caring, safe and fun place to live for the residents. It is someplace I can have him live feel I made the right choice.
