I liked that the staff and administrators treated my mother with dignity and respect. They cared for my mother in a way that I couldn't. The support and love they offered when my mom went on hospice care was amazing. What stood out about this facility was the cleanliness, activities offered on a daily basis, and it looked more like a resort than assisted living.

I loved the staff and I especially loved the other residents. The staff had so many amazing activities for the residents and made sure to celebrate bdays and honor any military service. From the moment we visited the staff treated me like family and upon my numerous of visits... I felt like family.

Our family has been very happy.Our dad is the resident and this community was close to his home (familiarity) and doctors was set back from a busy street, nice surroundings and grounds, and the on-site physical therapy/gym. However, wellness director and social director have left so hoping for a replacement as good as previous gals.

My mother moved into Prestige at Mira Loma/Memory Care a little after a month ago. From the time she moved in & throughout this last month, all staff have always been welcoming, kind, understanding & nurturing toward both the resident and their family members. My friend is currently a resident at Prestige Assisted Living at Mira Loma and her experience at this facility has been very good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and quality of care are also great. The staff has been really helpful. The meals are okay, but the food is rather bland and boring. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I apologize for taking so long to submit this. My mom has been in the Expressions program since the beginning of April. She has received superior care. Whenever I visit, she has shown to be well taken care of and all of her needs met. The staff are all consistently cheerful and helpful. They show they are familiar with my mom and her individual case and needs. I have visited and my mom has not wanted to visit me because she was engrossed in a program staff were presenting! We picked thisi community, because of the location, friendly atmosphere, activities, and meals. It's been a mostly pleasant experience so far. It's a very friendly and nice fun environment. I would probably recommend to others.

Very caring and friendly Directors and the Activity Director is awesome. She is great will the residents and keeping them social and engaged. They are just having some issues hiring staff for kitchen at the moment. The room my loved one has is a perfect size for a queen bed, small couch, chair and a large dresser!

The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Working with [name removed], Community Relations Director, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions about the staff, and the different levels of care that they provide. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for help with assisted living needs.
