The service Department is TERRIFIC! Nice caring people that do good reliable work
Definitely a cut above other dealers, especially Bob Hansen, in sales. The Service Manager is also great. And the VWs are classic German engineering, which is such a pleasure compared to other cars I've had!
I didn’t buy my car at Kirkland VW but I go there for service. Always get 5 star service from everyone in Service Department. Kenny is absolutely fantastic! I do take my car for oil change and after my first visit he did greet me using my name. What a great experience! I will definitely recommend them!

I had my e-golf serviced for the first time yesterday. The technician took care of a recall I didn’t know about and looked the car over and let me know when to be in next. They charged me nothing and didn’t talk down to me. I immediately went home, got my Chrysler mini van, drove it back over to their lot and traded it in for a VW Tiguan and bought the service package to go with it. Proving excellent service and having a no-pressure sales team won my business. Thanks Seth and the service team!!
