I went shopping around for a new Atlas, pretty much visited most of the dealership around the Eastside area and I found the best customer service here at VW of Kirkland. Strongly recommend this place to others, you will definitely leave with a big smile on your face and a great deal.

Online appointment setting was a breeze. Danny was courteous and professional from the moment I pulled in. As I had recently purchased my VW used from another dealer, I wanted a VW technician to go over it to ensure everything was in great shape. They did find a couple things that needed repair, but Danny kept me informed and the repairs were done quickly. Best of all, I got peace of mind that my new-to-me VW is solid. I'll be back to VW of Kirkland to maintain my car.

First off... it took 5 hours to purchase a car I already knew I was going to buy... that I paid cash for. Not sure what the deal was there. Then, take it in for service and the service department has horrid communication. I’ve had to call them every single time to get an update. At this point they’ve had my brand new car longer than I have. Next time I’ll buy from Campbell Nelson again.

Having to wait 2-3 hours for a oil change is crazy. Having to pay $150.00 for a oil change is even more crazier.
