RecommendedI had my e-golf serviced for the first time yesterday. The technician took care of a recall I didn’t know about and looked the car over and let me know when to be in next. They charged me nothing and didn’t talk down to me. I immediately went home, got my Chrysler mini van, drove it back over to their lot and traded it in for a VW Tiguan and bought the service package to go with it. Proving excellent service and having a no-pressure sales team won my business. Thanks Seth and the service team!!
I always get great service from the service department. It’s a bit of a drive from West Seattle to Kirkland, but so worth it. Bought a great car from Volkswagen of Kirkland, get great service too… so am planning on buying my next car there!
