I contacted the dealership from out of state to discuss the car and deal on the price. I flew into Seattle in the late afternoon, caught a ride to the dealership, and was out of there before dinner time. My experience was extremely pleasant. My salesman, Steve Jackson, was new but attentive, and other than having to wait for the business manager, everything went smoothly. I haven't bought a car in about 12 years. The technology has changed quite a bit. I've never bought a car with a clear coat finish. The guys schooled me on the new maintenance agreements and worked the price to fit my budget.
RecommendedFirst visit for 12 month service. Great reception, knowledgeable service advisor, courtesy pickup, job well done under time estimate. Overall awesome experience for something I hate to do.
