Stopped in yesterday to look at VW options and now have a new Jetta! It was the easiest car-buying experience that I’ve had in 40 years! My salesperson Sylvia Henderson was amazing! Her friendly, casual “no pressure” approach was refreshing and she was knowledgeable and thorough in reviewing different options that I might have. She was the best. My parents and I stopped at Volkswagen of Kirkland last Saturday. Jesse P. was the first one out the door to greet us. He listened to what I was in the market for and had several great recommendations! He took the time to let me test drive and answer all our questions. They took excellent care of me!! My car took longer to fix for my alternator bc more problems were found. They not only gave me a loaner car but they also gave me a nice discount on the work!! Thank you so much!!! Love this place and their fabulous employees!!
