Brought my car for service. The person that took care of me was excellent. She made sure everything was taken care of. I had questions and requests and she answered everything without rushing anything. Even though their phone is blowing up! Also she promised to only allow the technician to do the items I gave the ok to. This is one of the reasons I stay with Volkswagen. Their customer service is outstanding.
I was very satisfied with my car's servicing. We just moved from North Carolina and I was concerned about finding a VW Service place that could keep our 2007 Jetta running a while longer (it has 235,000 miles on it).
