Went there fore a quick test drive and was shocked at the quality of sales staff. Heather was incredible completely the opposite of what I have found most car sales staff to be like. She was knowledgeable about the entire line of cars and when she didn't know she outright said so and looked it up quickly. Great experience overall.

Just bought my second VW! I’m so thankful for VW of Kirkland going above and beyond for me to get me the car I wanted! I had a 2010 Jetta before this with 103,000 miles and still no major problems with it.. loveeeeee

Tristan provided fantastic service with our son's Jetta during a recent scheduled oil change and flashing Radiator indicator. Resolved it quickly and gave us comfort with a full bumper-to-bumper checkout and even a car wash. Heidi in Parts has been really helpful as well with a key fob addition for our daughter's Tiguan. We're all set up and worry-free now!
Very good place to shop for a vehicle. I didn't buy a VW but I had an excellent time buying a Jeep there and couldn't have enjoyed dealing with any place more. great people and a great deal THANKS :)
