RecommendedThe majority of cars I have owned in my driving lifetime have been Volkswagens, so I have experience service in a number of dealerships. By far, the service I receive at Volkswagen of Kirkland is the best. They are always up-front about costs and timeframes. They do a great job setting expectations about current service, as well as what to expect from my car in the next year. They have never let me down and I will definitely look to them when it's time for my next Volkswagen.

Courteous, professional service. They provided a loaner while my car was in the shop so I could tackle my 50 mile daily commute. Service advisor called a few hours later with a quote. I picked up my car the next morning. They had washed and vacuumed it and I was out the door in no time. Great experience.
