My daughter’s 2007 Beetle was being particularly ornery but the Service Department stuck with it until she behaved. Sally and the Technician did absolutely everything they could to make sure my car was not just running, but running safely. It is so nice to deal with people of integrity and to know that my daughter and her car are in good hands while she’s out there for college.

Recommended RecommendedThe majority of cars I have owned in my driving lifetime have been Volkswagens, so I have experience service in a number of dealerships. By far, the service I receive at Volkswagen of Kirkland is the best. They are always up-front about costs and timeframes. They do a great job setting expectations about current service, as well as what to expect from my car in the next year. They have never let me down and I will definitely look to them when it's time for my next Volkswagen.

Courteous, professional service. They provided a loaner while my car was in the shop so I could tackle my 50 mile daily commute. Service advisor called a few hours later with a quote. I picked up my car the next morning. They had washed and vacuumed it and I was out the door in no time. Great experience.
