I went to VW of Kirkland not knowing what really to expect, one of my close friends highly recommended them though. What a pleasant experience! My car was in service for oil change and new wipers and it all happened in the time frame they predicted. Check out was easy and the person attending to me was very courteous, smiling and understanding. Since it was my first visit she explained how the system works. The receptionist was also smiling, bubbly and welcoming. There was one guy that had a frown, but maybe he was just having a bad day. The atmosphere is clean and bright. Very friendly people.

I brought my car in because the coolant light came on and I had had the waterpump done about a Year ago (service bulletin) and wanted to make sure it wasn’t failing. They did a pressure test x2 and found the system had just burped itself and there where no leaks. They did however advise me that my Timining chain cover was leaking (I hadn’t notice an oil spot on the ground but that I had to add a half a quart to a full quart of oil every time I filled up -every 330 miles, which typically it’s only once a month being a turbo) ... read more

I had an oil change this time, however, they answered all my questions and concerns about my car. This was its first oil change since purchasing it. What I love is that they protect my car with covers on seats and floors, as well as the car itself when leaning on the fenders of front of the car to do any work. I have dealt with many dealerships before but Volkswagon of Kirkland was far the best. I needed a pre-buyers inspection for a used car. They were able to accomodate the exact date and time I needed and were done with the work right on time. Maribel Martinez in the Service Department was FANTASTIC and worked with a smile on her face even though she was very busy.

My daughter’s 2007 Beetle was being particularly ornery but the Service Department stuck with it until she behaved. Sally and the Technician did absolutely everything they could to make sure my car was not just running, but running safely. It is so nice to deal with people of integrity and to know that my daughter and her car are in good hands while she’s out there for college.
