Moses has been going here since they open. Being that he can not play for long periods of time they always take the extra time to make sure he feels loved. He loves going to the Pooch Hotel and staying in his favorite room (PS1)

We love Pooch Hotel! We’ve been taking our dog, Penny, to Pooch for several years and always receive excellent service. She’s been a boarder and also attends doggy care now and then. They have caring staff and always respond promptly to emails and calls when Penny is in their care. I highly recommend!

I walked in to pick up my dog and the person behind the counter said that since this was my first time trying doggy day care, there was no charge. It was complete surprise! I've boarded my dog there several times before, but each time was for more than a day/week. I'll keep using Pooch Hotel!

This past visit was probably our 6th or 7th time that we have chosen to board our dog, Kody, at Pooch Hotel and have been pleased with each visit. I love the fact that we can be flexible in the pickup time for our guy when we return from a trip and can get him without waiting. With our former boarding site we would have to wait on weekends until a single time in the afternoon to pickup. Pooch Hotel in Richardson has always been very accommodating to me with planned visits and last minute requests. My Westie pushes to go in the door when we walk up so I know she remembers her stays with fondness! Thanks to the staff!!
