It was like walking into a family home. Every thing was clean and organized. The getting from the team was wrm and welcoming. Every one had knowledge about their service and served with a smile. I have a new puppy that is very timid and shy but he loved them immediately. His first stay the offered to do a report card to tell me how he did for the day. Moses has been going here since they open. Being that he can not play for long periods of time they always take the extra time to make sure he feels loved. He loves going to the Pooch Hotel and staying in his favorite room (PS1)

We love Pooch Hotel! We’ve been taking our dog, Penny, to Pooch for several years and always receive excellent service. She’s been a boarder and also attends doggy care now and then. They have caring staff and always respond promptly to emails and calls when Penny is in their care. I highly recommend!
