Nina has started shaking when we bring her to your facility; which is not a good sign. She always seems fine when we pick her up and we do monitor her on your in-house camera system.

We called ahead of time to see if we should bring our senior dog her orthopedic dog bed. We were told not to bring it because you guys prove a deluxe cushy bed at no extra charge. I wasn't there when my husband dropped her off and I wanted to go check on her later that day for peace of mind. My husband was under the impression that the dogs all had a nice big room with a nice bed that looked like a kid's bed. It was very expensive for just a few hours

Too expensive. Unfortunately I had no choice. I had to take my dogs at midnight after they rushed my mom to the ER. They charge for everything. For 2 small dogs that can be put together I paid $275 for 39 hours.

Elley loves you but you bathed her and did not cut nails or brush her per my request.

The webcam system was down the entire time my pups stayed, which was the main reason why I chose this place for my dogs. Also, when I picked up my pups, one had injuries all over her front legs and paws while the other looked as though she had lost a significant amount of weight. I could clearly see her ribs and indentation of her pelvic bone.

I was disappointed that I could not check on Baxter with the webcam but I got a picture and update twice which helped! Rita Bonds

Everything seemed to go well and the staff is friendly. The one concern that we have is the fact that we were not able to see where our dog was housed. We were told that we could not go back to the daycare area due to safety concerns. It makes us uneasy not to know the conditions of the area. We are wondering what this safety issue is.

This is the second time our dog has been hurt and has required stitches during her stay. We were alerted and the situation was handled professionally. I believe there is a problem with supervision during play time.
