The BEST DOG HOTEL EVER!!! My dog loves this place so much and I will always patronize them! All of their staff are very friendly, helpful and nice!!! Big SHOUT OUT TO TIFFANY she makes the place even better her energy is unmatched! Tiffany and her team treat my pup like family and that's what I want my dog loves them so much it's the cutest!!!!!
The Wag hotel comes highly recommend from Camilla and her human family! Camilla is very active and extremely social (Friennnnndly). Camilla loves doggy day care and also overnight stays. We are comfortable and worry free leaving her with the awesome staff that really loves our fur/ four legged baby. They offer spa services which Camilla has had and enjoyed. You will not be disappointed.
Getting a hold of anyone here is almost impossible. I'm always on hold for over 20min. Currently on the phone, I've been waiting approx 25min. Scheduling a grooming app for my dog is always a headache. Other than that, my dog seems to like it here. Customer service could just use some work
Great place! Upon entering the facility is very clean and inviting. They have a nice lobby with cool toys and other awesome gifts and treats for your fur baby(s)! They also do grooming which is what we went for. I really appreciated the communication about my boy Sunny and the Tie at the end when I picked him up was just the icing on top!! Thanks again "Wag Hotels" Carson well back!
This is the 1st and only I will take my baby sky, a miniature schnauzer. She loved everything. From the staff and the place. From the first day until now the staff has been taking care of her. I highly recommended this for pawrents.
We are very pleased with the services here. We tried another dog boarding facility in Torrance and were just not happy with the attentiveness of the front desk at that place, they also lost our dogs collar when in their care. At Wag Hotel, the front desk personnel is always very polite and acknowledging of your presence. There are various options available to choose as far as day care, boarding and grooming services. I've been looking for a doggy day care to take my puppy too.. Came across Wags Hotel.. This place is amazing. Has many activities for your dogs to do and the staff is very friendly. My puppy is only 5 months old so obviously was a little worried about him going .. but I was able to call and check on him. He know goes 1-2 times per week. Perfect place to get your dog adjusted to other dogs.
My dogs are not stressed out when they come home after their stay at the hotel unlike the other doggie day care. This is our babies new home away from home.
