Gunner had a great experience at the Wag Hotel. The staff was very friendly at helping me get a last minute reservation. They were great at providing me with daily updates on how Gunner was doing. Leaving my pup for the first time was very difficult, but they accommodated us well and made sure we were comfortable and assured us we were leaving him in good hands.
I can't express my endorsement of and gratitude enough for the team at Wag! Carson. We went on a 2 week vacation- our first real Vacay in about 7 years- and left our two needy (medical and otherwise) pit mixes, ages 11 and 6. Jackie, Bella and other team members were in constant touch with us with updates and any questions. They went totally above and beyond to make our boys comfortable- trying to keep this short but I could go on and on with details. If I could give this location an infinite amount of stars I would!! They have been an ABSOLUTE BLESSING to our family!!! I cannot say enough how much care, attention and love they have shown our MERCY not only every time he comes but especially the last time he was there. WAGS Hotel literally saves his life!!! We love wag hotel! My pups are always so excited to go spend the day at all day play! Staff is friendly and welcoming. They've always taken great care of my pups!
My babies Brooklyn and Mason love coming here to stay every one on staff is so lovable to them they're all friendly
I love wags!! It's absolutely amazing when it comes to making sure your pets are clean and safe. The staff are friendly, especially Tiffany, and I really like that they have a live camera so that when I'm away I can still see what my dogs are doing. BJ and Buddy always have a good time there so I highly recommend.
The staff strive to satisfy everyone and they're caring towards my Chloe. Great team in Carson!
The BEST DOG HOTEL EVER!!! My dog loves this place so much and I will always patronize them! All of their staff are very friendly, helpful and nice!!! Big SHOUT OUT TO TIFFANY she makes the place even better her energy is unmatched! Tiffany and her team treat my pup like family and that's what I want my dog loves them so much it's the cutest!!!!!
