We needed 2 days of day care for our 18 month old Boston Terrier and we were blessed to find Wag Hotel in Carson, CA. The facility is specially built to support our pets and their care was almost like our own! They did misplace his leftover Vet food we brought with our puppy, but found it in the frig the second day. Our puppy loves the staff, he almost didn't want to leave. We love them too.

I am so impressed by Erin and her entire team at the Carson city Wag Hotels! Riley loved her time at the center and when she got overwhelmed by all day play, Erin made sure to reach out and let me know her observations and recommend some quiet and alone time in a private room just for Riley. I can't thank her and her team enough! Truly an incredible experience for my pup Riley and me!

The staff here are very comforting and kind to their customers. They keep you updated for any concerns during your pets stay. The app makes it easy to set appointments and check availability.

Consistently great experience as Wag and this location. Dan Dan had a great time while we were visiting SoCal. Smooth check-in/out and friendly staff, reminded me of our vaccinations due.

This is not a review about Wag Hotel - Carson. They have been great, but this is about Wag Hotel pricing and policies. I boarded my dog for one night in a medium room at $71.00. It was late at night when I picked my dog up and did notice that I was charged $84.00. I contacted Wag Hotel and was advised that there is a $13.00 charge for peak season. great experience. my dig was clean and smelling fresh when i picked him up. they sent me pictures everyday of his playtime, and i definetly will be using them again.

I've taken my dog here for boarding twice, and both times I was highly satisfied with their care. The entire staff is friendly and kind. Anytime I am out of town I can trust them to really take care of my dog.

My whole family & I went on vacation & we had to board our 2 babies Niko & Kona. The hotel was awesome!! We got the deluxe suite. It was quite, had a TV & a camera in the suite. Having a TV made our babies feel more like home. The camera was great!! We could check in on our babies any time of day or night! That put us at easy just being able to see them whenever we wanted too, as we have only boarded them 2 times prior. We got pictures from Wag everyday & that staff was just amazing! First, you need to download the app to make a reservation. You also upload the vaccination records. Next, general questions about your baby(pet). Once you pick a day, the hotel team confirms the reservation. The staff is extremely friendly. Everything is very clean. There's a strong dog smell there. They also do grooming there. Dogs are playing with other dogs during their stay there or are alone if that's what you want. They also send you pictures on the app. You can watch live video on the app, too.
