In the past year, they have made a lot of changes it seems. They are amazing now. They call with updates (if needed) and the staff seems very attentive to each dogs needs. My dog loves it there and you can tell the staff cares when I dropoff/pickup. I am glad this is a 24 hr facility and I its closer to the South Bay than other facilities we used to visit. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my dog here consistently for grooming and bathing. Sienna does a great job and makes sure that owners' specifications or requests are met. My dog gets a lot of compliments after his groom or bath because he comes back feeling soft and smelling great.

Warning: Long, Honest Review: I waited to give this review about two weeks out so I can process what I want to say since I've picked up my dogs! The staff were Amazing and Attentive. We left our dogs there for about 8-9 days boarding because we were out of the country. I bought the staff food a few times to say thank you and even gave each of them $5-$20 tips after, because I was very happy with the service. I love Wag Hotel. More importantly, my dog Rumi loves it here. The staff knows who he is and are always professional and caring when working with us. The best in town for long term or day stays!

My babies have come here a few times and we have never been disappointed! Duchess and Thanos are my everything and I never have to worry when we go on a trip when they stay here! Tiffany the manager and her staff was extremely helpful and caring to my babies even when they were giving her a hard time in the beginning of their stay! Been a customer for about a year only bring them when we go out of town but this weekend that we left they went above and beyond when the cameras didn't work in the room, they immediately accommodated and changed the room for my dogs with a working camera.. wish I could remember the name of the staff member that kept in contact with me but all of the staff members are pleasant and super helpful!

Amazing staff, I have left my two dogs multiple times for boarding on last minute trips and the staff is always so friendly, supportive and accommodating. Most importantly my dogs love it here. They love to spend with other fur friends. I also love that you can watch them on the camera and updates that make my day. Thank you Definitely I recommend this place!

Had a great 1st experience at The Wag Hotel. The staff was AMAZING. Kind and compassionate and genuinely care about each and every dog they care for. Beautiful facility in an easily accessible location. And to top it all off, they are a 24hr/7 day a week operation which is so accommodating!! Will definitely be back again!! Thanks, Wag Hotel!
