Words can not describe the best team of care, hard work effort and diligence they've worked through covid put their lives and their family lives at risk to care for my family which is my baby my puppy I've put trust in them and they've overachieved it if you're looking for the greatest best care Pet Hotel Wag Hotel it is

Good customer service ! The manager answered all my questions I needed while looking for the perfect place for my 2 dogs ! I would definitely recommend them!! Also the front desk was helpful as well !

My senior dog, Charlie, has stayed here a few times this year and was taken care of very well! Because he is a senior dog, I am very hesitant about where he boards and I've only had positive experiences with Wag Hotels. All my encounters with the employees have been friendly and have been very accommodating to my specific requests with Charlie due to his medical issues. Charlie has left every stay happy and healthy. :)

So embarrassed to say I was crying tears of joy when I went to pick up my dog last visit! Bailey-Gianna has been here multiple times and always has a blast! But July 2022 was different. It was Baileys 2nd birthday and I had a mandatory business trip. I called to ask if they would show a little love, and these folks showed out! The best! I first went in for a tour before bringing my furbaby and they were so welcoming and made sure to answer all of my questions. This is his first time being away from home, I was at ease dropping him off knowing he's in good hands!

My family and I absolutely LOVE Wag Hotel here in Carson! We trust them with both of our fur babies when we go on trips that don't allow us to bring them with us. I love that we've found a place like Wag that we can trust to keep our pups safe while we're away, especially when we get to use the Camera feature in the Wag app. Manager Tiffany is awesome and ensures our reservations are exactly what we need to accommodate our pups Athena & Ace enjoy their stays here every time!

This place was recommended to me and so I went on-line to book a boarding for our dog. Being that our vacation was nearing and hadn't got my confirmation I decided to go to the place to get confirmation, do a walk thru and I had questions. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany.
