This is the 1st and only I will take my baby sky, a miniature schnauzer. She loved everything. From the staff and the place. From the first day until now the staff has been taking care of her. I highly recommended this for pawrents.
We are very pleased with the services here. We tried another dog boarding facility in Torrance and were just not happy with the attentiveness of the front desk at that place, they also lost our dogs collar when in their care. At Wag Hotel, the front desk personnel is always very polite and acknowledging of your presence. There are various options available to choose as far as day care, boarding and grooming services. I've been looking for a doggy day care to take my puppy too.. Came across Wags Hotel.. This place is amazing. Has many activities for your dogs to do and the staff is very friendly. My puppy is only 5 months old so obviously was a little worried about him going .. but I was able to call and check on him. He know goes 1-2 times per week. Perfect place to get your dog adjusted to other dogs.
My dogs are not stressed out when they come home after their stay at the hotel unlike the other doggie day care. This is our babies new home away from home.
My dog came to Wag for the first time last month, at first of course I was a nervous mom and afraid my dog wouldn't like it. The girls at the front desk were awesome made me feel very comfortable with leaving my baby. Turned out I was more nervous then my dog because she had a blast and made so many new friends! I now am so grateful that I have a safe space for her to go while I'm at work and she can run around and not be stuck in the house just waiting for me to come home. Thank you guys for your amazing service.:)
We have used Wag Hotels in Carson for dog day and overnight boarding services several times. The staff seem friendly and caring towards the dogs. We like that our dog is learning to socialize with other dogs during the group play. Erin at the front desk is very nice and understanding. We look forward to using Wag Hotels for future boarding services for our dog.

Good customer service ! The manager answered all my questions I needed while looking for the perfect place for my 2 dogs ! I would definitely recommend them!! Also the front desk was helpful as well !
My senior dog, Charlie, has stayed here a few times this year and was taken care of very well! Because he is a senior dog, I am very hesitant about where he boards and I've only had positive experiences with Wag Hotels. All my encounters with the employees have been friendly and have been very accommodating to my specific requests with Charlie due to his medical issues. Charlie has left every stay happy and healthy. :)
