My dogs are my kids, and my kids are my world. Finding quality care for my babies while I am away from home has been a very uneasy and difficult mission, unfortunately. That is, until I met Tiffany at Wag hotels in WLA a few years back. She made me and my dogs feel SO comfortable and at ease that I now drive from WLA to the Carson location to leave my dogs in her care whenever the need arises. We love Wag Hotels!! Kylo, my 2yr 4mo old German Shepherd grew up during COVID meaning he ended up not being able to be as socialized as planned. As a result, he is nervous around strangers and dogs, specifically when he's with us/family. We specified this before bringing him in and the team was very accommodating, Tiffany asked how we could work together to mitigate any unnecessary risk when dropping him off as he's really a very sweet and playful pup once comfortable. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS LOCATION! The staff treat my baby dogs (which are Pitbulls) like family. I am definitely a customer for life!!

My dog loves daycare so much! He walks in there full of excitement and comes back home well exercised and socialized! Definitely recommend for anyone with high energized dogs. Price is also very decent for such a long day of play!

I love, love, love this place and wish I could spend the day there. They are open 24 hours , 7 days a week and there is no extra charge picking up your pet late or dropping off early if you have a package. They have cool activities scheduled. I almost feel as though I'm dropping my pet off to school. The manager is absolutely awesome and her staff actually genuinely love and adore the pets!

Recently had my pup, Ollie, stay with Wag for the weekend for his very first time. I am pleased with how well his stay went! Staff is professional, friendly, and will truly take care of your fur baby.

Hi All! I believe it was back in October 2021 when we first walked into the pet hotel. It was a beautiful and calming experience. We had been looking for a hotel last minute because of a family emergency and we stumbled upon here thanks to google maps. The assistant manager, I think his name is Fabian was very sweet to us! Also the young lady at the reception. They calmed my mother and I down since we were crying because we didn't know where to leave our golden retriever puppy at. I love on how the employees are friendly, understanding, and excellent memory. I have been taking my dogs there for years. One lives in Texas with my Mom but when I bring him to Wag Hotels the OG team would instantly call him by name. My new dog has been there twice and he is very shy, but the employees have been super patient and warming. They help my new puppy be welcoming for the one-on-one play.
