Friendliest and responsible staff!!! They did not give up on Thunder + gave us valuable tips, suggestions and recommendations to adjust Thunder in a new environment. He successfully joined the daycare sessions in his 2nd try out. Thunder loves coming here since then!
We love Wag so so so much! we have been coming here for over a year with our dog King and they truly take care of him like family. The whole team is amazing. Jackie, Erin, Tiffany, Brittany, Austin, and I know I am forgetting other names but the point is that everyone that works there is absolutely amazing. It's a great feeling knowing you can fully trust your dog being here. Thank you Wag!!!
THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO BRING YOUR FURRY COMPANION. I live right by dogtopia and that place is an absolute embarrassment compared to Wag. The people here will treat you like family. Everyone one from Tiffany, Britney, Jackie Erin, Austin, and the whole rest of the staff, they go out of their way to keep you in the loop at all times. There's no other place on the planet where I would feel as safe to leave my puppy dog.
Our dog Boomer loves staying here. And they make it quite easy with a menu of various options and add-ons that bring peace of mind.
I brought my dog here for the first time about 2 months after adopting him from a shelter. They're 24/7/365 service has been a life saver as my dog is very social & hyper but also suffers from some separation anxiety as well. Having Wag as an option while we've worked through that has been great. We both love the staff, he's always treated well, and I will continue to use them as long as they're here.
I genuinely love wag hotels . They have everything you could possibly want for you fur babies and the staff always go above and beyond!
If you are looking for a place to treat your pet like you would. This is the place for you. I have been bringing my beloved Champ (French bulldog- 9 months) since he was 4 months old and they have done an amazing job with his care. They always "love" on him as soon as went enter the door. The staff is great with giving updates and asking about Champ before or while we are checking. I would always recommend this Wag Hotel for pet care and boarding.
Love Wag Hotels and highly recommend!!!! All the staff are great and very caring towards my puppy!!! They have lots of patience with her as she is a rambunctious nine month old German shepherd/Husky mix! You will not be disappointed and never have to worry!
I love and feel very comfortable leaving my dog at Wag Hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. They actually care about every so glen dog there. I love the fact that you can watch your dog through their website with webcam. Webcam they use has great resolution and a clear image of your dog. Highly recommend taking your doggy to Wag Hotel.
