Because of work, I sometimes had to leave my 1 year old pup, Meeko, at home alone unsupervised and would come back to a mess! I would also be worried at work and try to check up on him when I could with our cameras. I quickly realized this wasn't sustainable and had to find a solution. We have always had great experiences with Wag Hotels but this was our first time at this location. We were greeted right away at dropoff and pickup and staff were super friendly. From what I can tell, the employees are treated well - handlers are very confident and well trained. I think there are four (?) different play areas for different sizes and energy levels, and it was nice to see that there were always two handlers in the big dog areas :). I LOVE this place and my dog Kobe LOVES it too! I have a high energy dog and they have so much patience with him. The staff is GREAT and I TRUST everyone when my dog hangs out for all day play. Thanks team!

We took our dog to a few dog daycares, and the staff/environment wasn't too professional. After being recommended Wag Hotel in Carson, we're extremely happy with taking our dog (Lady) there. The staff is super professional, friendly and actually knows our dog's name. It makes us happy knowing they actually have a bond with the dogs there and not just leave them in a room. Absolutely love The wag. Been leaving my dog Baci there whenever we go out of town. It's nice to know that she goes in with no problem. The staff is super helpful and all know her by name. I high ley recommend the Wag Hotel in Carson.
