Excellent service. Left my dog here for boarding/all day play multiple times. They really took care of my dog. Gave my dog a fun experience and play time with the other dogs.

The staff here are really wonderful with my husky Bonnie. They are always super attentive with her and very communicative. I have been coming here almost a full year now and Bonnie stays here at least 4 times a week. Absolutely love this place!!

Been coming here for 5 years and it's one of the only places I trust with our fur child. Love the staff, they've always been great. Prices aren't bad and they're open 24 hours for pickup making it easy to pick our dog up whenever we need to.

We had to leave town for business for a few days. We contacted WAG hotel for help. They were quick to create a profile for our pup RUBI and schedule the needed dates. Celina thoroughly explained what to expect and what the process would be. That was comforting for us as leaving RUBI alone was never done. We were able to see RUBI interacting daily with the other dogs. It was a great experience for us and RUBI. Thank you Wag Hotel and thank you Celina. We will definitely be back.

I take my dog here almost every weekend and he loves it. I take him to all day play. By the time i pick him up hes all worn out which i love!. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love when i walk in they all know Sammy. They know his personality etc. I also get emails here and there about his stay. I had him groomed here as well and they left him looking and smelling fabulous.

Our family brings our fur baby here when we're expecting to be home late. Our dog isn't neutered yet, so he gets a solo session for now. He's only gone a few times, but he gets really excited the second we pull into the parking lot, so I'm sure he's loving it here. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 start is because I'm not sure how much, or if the experience will change for our dog once he's able to play with the other dogs, but I will definitely update once that time comes.

Friendliest and responsible staff!!! They did not give up on Thunder + gave us valuable tips, suggestions and recommendations to adjust Thunder in a new environment. He successfully joined the daycare sessions in his 2nd try out. Thunder loves coming here since then!

We love Wag so so so much! we have been coming here for over a year with our dog King and they truly take care of him like family. The whole team is amazing. Jackie, Erin, Tiffany, Brittany, Austin, and I know I am forgetting other names but the point is that everyone that works there is absolutely amazing. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO BRING YOUR FURRY COMPANION. I live right by dogtopia and that place is an absolute embarrassment compared to Wag. The people here will treat you like family. Everyone one from Tiffany, Britney, Jackie Erin, Austin, and the whole rest of the staff, they go out of their way to keep you in the loop at all times. There's no other place on the planet where I would feel as safe to leave my puppy dog.
