I've taken my dog here for boarding twice, and both times I was highly satisfied with their care. The entire staff is friendly and kind. Anytime I am out of town I can trust them to really take care of my dog.

My whole family & I went on vacation & we had to board our 2 babies Niko & Kona. The hotel was awesome!! We got the deluxe suite. It was quite, had a TV & a camera in the suite. Having a TV made our babies feel more like home. The camera was great!! We could check in on our babies any time of day or night! That put us at easy just being able to see them whenever we wanted too, as we have only boarded them 2 times prior. We got pictures from Wag everyday & that staff was just amazing! First, you need to download the app to make a reservation. You also upload the vaccination records. Next, general questions about your baby(pet). Once you pick a day, the hotel team confirms the reservation. The staff is extremely friendly. Everything is very clean. There's a strong dog smell there. They also do grooming there. Dogs are playing with other dogs during their stay there or are alone if that's what you want. They also send you pictures on the app. You can watch live video on the app, too.

My pup visited for about 7 days during spring break and she loved it. They took excellent care of her. My only recommendation is to make sure you fur baby is up to date on flea treatments. My girl wasn't because she spends the majority of time indoors. I have never seen her with a flea, but she came home with them. We were able to remedy it quickly though.

We've been taking our dogs to Wag for boarding and daycare since 2019, and they always take great care of our dogs. I like how they have cameras setup for All Day Play and their boarding suites, so I never have to worry and can see my dogs 24/7. They also observe our dogs carefully during playtime. Sometimes if my dogs get too anxious or overwhelmed, they take them back to their room and switch to a smaller play group instead. We drive all the way from Orange County to board our dog here when traveling. He leaves happy and enjoys his play time. I also like we can view him on the camera and see how he is enjoying his playtime. The only thing I wish is was a little more economical because it adds up between play times, washes and stay but overall we trust them with our doggie so we do it.

I had a "Game Night: birthday party for myself, so I decided to take Lucky to the Wag Hotel, and while he was there I decided to have him groomed as well. Since the website was down, I had to go to the facility to make my reservations. Erin, Wag Hotel employee, was simply AMAZING! I can't say enough great things about Wag Hotels Carson, they are simply the best! There is a dog daycare/boarding down the street from me and I prefer to drive on the freeway to come take my dog to Wag. The reason being is because they have continued to provide myself and my Frenchie Dunkin Donuts the best service. Because of work, I sometimes had to leave my 1 year old pup, Meeko, at home alone unsupervised and would come back to a mess! I would also be worried at work and try to check up on him when I could with our cameras. I quickly realized this wasn't sustainable and had to find a solution.
