I had a "Game Night: birthday party for myself, so I decided to take Lucky to the Wag Hotel, and while he was there I decided to have him groomed as well. Since the website was down, I had to go to the facility to make my reservations. Erin, Wag Hotel employee, was simply AMAZING! I can't say enough great things about Wag Hotels Carson, they are simply the best! There is a dog daycare/boarding down the street from me and I prefer to drive on the freeway to come take my dog to Wag. The reason being is because they have continued to provide myself and my Frenchie Dunkin Donuts the best service. They are so sweet and kind and make it a point to know every dog that comes in that place. Whether it's daycare, grooming, or boarding they got it cover and we use all three services. Because of work, I sometimes had to leave my 1 year old pup, Meeko, at home alone unsupervised and would come back to a mess! I would also be worried at work and try to check up on him when I could with our cameras. I quickly realized this wasn't sustainable and had to find a solution. We have always had great experiences with Wag Hotels but this was our first time at this location. We were greeted right away at dropoff and pickup and staff were super friendly. From what I can tell, the employees are treated well - handlers are very confident and well trained. I think there are four (?) different play areas for different sizes and energy levels, and it was nice to see that there were always two handlers in the big dog areas :). I LOVE this place and my dog Kobe LOVES it too! I have a high energy dog and they have so much patience with him. The staff is GREAT and I TRUST everyone when my dog hangs out for all day play. Thanks team!

We took our dog to a few dog daycares, and the staff/environment wasn't too professional. After being recommended Wag Hotel in Carson, we're extremely happy with taking our dog (Lady) there. The staff is super professional, friendly and actually knows our dog's name. It makes us happy knowing they actually have a bond with the dogs there and not just leave them in a room.
