This review is for Erin who makes checking in so pleasurable, it was my first time bringing in my husky and wasnt really aware of the check in process. Erin was very sweet while explaining to me the process. Im hoping my husky burns a good amount of energy but im definitely looking forward to brining my pet back here!

I dropped my dog off for grooming and 1:1 daycare and Wag hotel Carson did such a great job of making my dog feel comfortable and secure. My dog is small and often afraid of other dogs and the staff played 1:1 with him throughout the day and I returned to a happy tired out dog who also looked great from his grooming session.

I'm so grateful for Wag Hotels Carson. The hours are super flexible and convenient to take care of my Staffy. They're open 24 hours. We've been customers for almost a year and I trust every single staff member to care for my dog. Everyone is incredibly caring and professional. It's very reassuring to know that our dog is in great hands. We utilize one on one daycare because all day play is a little too intense for our dog. i am from out of town and had an emergency to come down.I had to book my baby last minute!!! They were totally able to accommodate me and were so nice and understanding! i will definitely book again and recommend to all my family and friends! thank you sooo much for taking care of me and my fur baby!!!

Just picked up my dog Loki after a 2 night stay. When I got there I could see him through the glass running around with all the dogs and having a great time! He looked so happy! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, they have a webcam and you can check up on your fur baby! Will definitely be bringing Loki back!

Normally I dont leave my precious baby anywhere and don't trust too many people with her because weve had a couple horrible experiences with pet hotels. Having to go to a business meeting, I was left out without options. On edge, I decided to try out wag hotel. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Tiffany. Super easy to book and well maintained areas too! My 4 dogs barely noticed I had been gone since they were swept off their paws by the amazing staff over there in Carson! Surely will bring my fur babies back next time I leave town!

I called Wag hotel to inquire to schedule a stay for my pup Chubbs. It was such a great experience. The staff was very professional & knowledgeable about the services provided. They assured me that my fur baby will be well taken care of.

Great place for my pups. The team here is the best they took really good care of my French bulldogs. They were able to help me with a last minute booking. Tiffany was very patient with my babies and I and answered all my questions and concerns. Pups were happy they had a safe space to be in Even made some new fur friends!! Definitely coming back next time we go out of town!!
