Great place to board dog. It's nice they are open 24 hours and you can pick up your Dog when you want. It's great for a couple of days but for a week or longer there are cheaper places.

I just want to start off my saying we love this place. We love that they take bigger breeds and all breeds and actually separate small and big dogs while in day care. The boarding is extremely convenient, very affordable, and my dog really loves her deluxe room with a human size bed. The trainers have always been amazing with her and they really know how to handle high energy breeds when they become to much for the play group. I have brought my dog Suki here for two (4-day) vacations and have been very pleased with the experience! Michael in the front was very friendly , provided exceptional customer service and made me feel Comfortable about leaving my baby here . They have cameras in the suites and in the play yard : they will contact you with updates when you request them . They provide you feedback when you call regarding feedings, bathroom use , energy level etc . The cameras WiFi does go down frequently and sometimes for extended times fill ... read more

When they say everything happens for a reason, it's true. Finding The Wag Hotel has been the best blessing for our little Tuna Luna! Luna went from pulling me back to the car, to pulling me to towards the hotel. She knows it's daycare time! The staff is AMAZING. Very friendly, knowledgeable, happy, and great photographers. I love the daily photo updates! You guys rock and thank you so much for your service:) Luna loves daycare!

Wag in Carson is a bit out the way for our family. But my little fur baby seems happiest there, whenever we need daycare or boarding services. As soon as we pull into the driveway, Charlie perks up, tail wagging like a windshield wiper on high, and practically drags me to the door. Our pup suffers from some horrible separation anxiety and is extremely nervous around new people, especially men. I don't ever have to worry about him running off because he's never far away from me. In the past year, they have made a lot of changes it seems. They are amazing now. They call with updates (if needed) and the staff seems very attentive to each dogs needs. My dog loves it there and you can tell the staff cares when I dropoff/pickup. I am glad this is a 24 hr facility and I its closer to the South Bay than other facilities we used to visit. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my dog here consistently for grooming and bathing. Sienna does a great job and makes sure that owners' specifications or requests are met. My dog gets a lot of compliments after his groom or bath because he comes back feeling soft and smelling great.

Warning: Long, Honest Review: I waited to give this review about two weeks out so I can process what I want to say since I've picked up my dogs! The staff were Amazing and Attentive. We left our dogs there for about 8-9 days boarding because we were out of the country. I bought the staff food a few times to say thank you and even gave each of them $5-$20 tips after, because I was very happy with the service. I love Wag Hotel. More importantly, my dog Rumi loves it here. The staff knows who he is and are always professional and caring when working with us. The best in town for long term or day stays!
