As a first time guest to the location, we were fairly happy with the introductory rates. The staff overall was great and everyone was friendly. There were for sure a lot of pets there during our fur baby's stay. She had a few play dates , had her meals and the day of her pick up, we were able to get her fit in for a grooming. They have options to have you pet on camera throughout the days so that you can log in and see progress and they send you updates as well, which we liked. This is a Top Notch Boarding facility that cares about pets and assures the customer that their pet is in good hands with their well train staff. I toured the South Bay/ Carson recently and they are very organized. Thanks to Brittany & Staff for taking well care of "Cherry" (Min.Pin)) recently.

The dog groomer she is great love her and also I love everything about Wag Hotel would recommend they to all dog owners. She always great with my do I have chihuahua so if u need ur dog groomer please try them yourself I have been going to them for a few years now. WAG HOTEL

My Liney had such a great time on her first visit! I was extremely nervous since it was her first time being away with other people. The team was extremely friendly and attentive to my concerns, they even called to give me an update mid way through. Liney will DEFINITELY be back soon!

I was really nervous about leaving my baby here but he loved it. I just went on a 4 day cruise with my family and I had to board him. I rescued him 2 years ago and have never boarded him before because I was scared that he'd think I'm abandoning him. They took such great care of him and they sent me daily photos so that I could see he was having a great time. I have been using Wag-Carson for my little dog, chihuahua, for a few years to board her while on vacation. Her last boarding was in November 2023 and have always been satisfied with her stays. We got a new dog, our first large breed, Cane Corso, in December 2023 and started using Wag this April for her day-stays. She needed the socialization and the exercise. The staff are awesome. Took my dog for the first time to spend a weekend while I was out of town. The staff was very friendly. They sent pics during his stay and had a great report out once I picked him up. I was very excited he was able to play with other dogs and socialize. Great place would def return

My boy loves coming here. He's been for all day play, private room day stays, and has boarded here too. He leaves tired which is nice to see he is active while here. I like their live cams in the play yards you can check in on. They always give you a summary of your pets stay when you pick your pet up.
