Our first visit to Wag in Carson, was such a pleasure! I am a big Wag fan! (Our home location is Sacramento), Every single staff member I encountered who worked 9/4 and 9/6 morning, was literally AMAZING! No words, they were so nice, and I am grateful for that. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They definitely were so good to us! Their location is clean and they truly went above and beyond for our stay. We will definitely be back here!

I have a mini-goldendoodle who does not enjoy being trimmed near her face... but Tiffany did an amazing job with her, and was able to clean her up very well in the areas others have struggled. Tiffany gave her the cutest most precious short summer cut. We are definitely coming back!!

Left my dog there for 8 days while on vacation. I was apprehensive because we had never boarded him anywhere before. We received a photo of him every day which was reassuring as I could see him running and playing and could tell he was having a good time. The staff is so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Kim and Ashley. Will definitely bring my fur baby back. In fact, I am looking to bring him to daycare there.

He loves it! Ever since I started bringing my dog to Wag Hotels, the experience has been outstanding. The staff are highly competent, friendly, and patient, which immediately gives me confidence in the care my dog receives. They go above and beyond by providing daily report cards and sending photos throughout the day, so I can see just how much fun he's having. Michelle and Erin are amazing!! The person who usually watches my pups when I am out of town and they left me hanging a week before my trip. Erin and Michelle helped me book for my 2 big pups Winnie and Sully and made them feel so welcome and loved. After traveling, I picked up my dog and could instantly tell she'd been so well cared for. Every morning, I received adorable pictures of her enjoying her stay, which gave me such peace of mind. The space is clean, spacious, and clearly designed with dogs' happiness in mind. They even provided her food and gave her a free shower before I picked her up -- she came home happy, clean, and smelling amazing! Thank you, Wag Hotel Carson, for treating my pup like family.

The entire team is incredible! They genuinely care for our baby Blu. From greeting her by name and caring for her throughout the day--sharing pictures with her friends--to picking her up with a detailed report of her day, they go above and beyond.

For a while we were looking for a good groomer for our pup Kobe, we came across Wags Hotel and their groomer Tiffany. Kobe is a sweet heart but can be a handful when getting groomed. Tiffany does an amazing job with Kobe, he comes home well groomed and happy. We'll definitely continue to visit Tiffany at Wags!

I love this place so much. I am always using their all day play service and I never have any issues. I usually call same day and drop my boy off within 30 minutes. Super convenient and easy. Once your profile is set up with wag hotel it's pretty seamless to schedule. There is always staff inside with the dogs and cleaning up after them. I love that I can have the wag hotel app and watch my dog from the live stream. It gives me peace of mind that I can tune in whenever and see him having a good time.
