I would recommend everyone take there pet or pets to wag Carson they are caring loving they cater to your pets needs they keep up facility. Nice and clean the staff are very caring Keep it up

My babies have come here a few times and we have never been disappointed! Duchess and Thanos are my everything and I never have to worry when we go on a trip when they stay here! Tiffany the manager and her staff was extremely helpful and caring to my babies even when they were giving her a hard time in the beginning of their stay! Been a customer for about a year only bring them when we go out of town but this weekend that we left they went above and beyond when the cameras didn't work in the room, they immediately accommodated and changed the room for my dogs with a working camera.. wish I could remember the name of the staff member that kept in contact with me but all of the staff members are pleasant and super helpful!

Amazing staff, I have left my two dogs multiple times for boarding on last minute trips and the staff is always so friendly, supportive and accommodating. Most importantly my dogs love it here. They love to spend with other fur friends. I also love that you can watch them on the camera and updates that make my day. Thank you Definitely I recommend this place!

Had a great 1st experience at The Wag Hotel. The staff was AMAZING. Kind and compassionate and genuinely care about each and every dog they care for. Beautiful facility in an easily accessible location. And to top it all off, they are a 24hr/7 day a week operation which is so accommodating!! Will definitely be back again!! Thanks, Wag Hotel!

Today was the first that my furbaby King ever went to a doggie daycare, let alone left with a total stranger. When I arrived, immediately, the manager Tiffany and her staff put me at ease that King Kobe would be cared for. When I picked him up, they told me how well he adjusted and that all he wanted was to snuggle. I will definitely book another stay for King in the future. we needed a place to take our dog last minute for several hours a day and I found wag hotels! could not be happier with the service we received and our doggo came back so excited and wagging his tail. the staff is super friendly and the environment is great for the doggos! thank you so much! Wag Hotels is absolutely amazing! I was up most terrified that I didn't have anyone to watch my kitty, Enzo. I came across Wag Hotels on Yelp which had help transition my vacation to Disneyland so smoothly. Shout out to Clarissa for bonding with my baby boy, Leslie and Ivy for helping with the check in process and to everyone helping assist with caring for my cat while we were gone. I really, really appreciate and recommend this place, take your babies here!

We needed 2 days of day care for our 18 month old Boston Terrier and we were blessed to find Wag Hotel in Carson, CA. The facility is specially built to support our pets and their care was almost like our own! They did misplace his leftover Vet food we brought with our puppy, but found it in the frig the second day. Our puppy loves the staff, he almost didn't want to leave. We love them too.
