Love this place and its convenience. Online booking and records maintenance is awesome plus daily pictures of play time.

Awesome place to send ur dog the staff is very friendly and helpful no issues no problems I would hands down recommend this place my dog was there with them for a very long time he is a very active dog so sweet so friendly...My dog loved them and the staff loved him as well I was very happy and pleased because my dog can be handful they offer all services here ...Both Micheal's went above and beyond with my dog other staff members amazing,excellent, Lobby was clean every time I went did not see see anything that was out of p... read more

Great place to board dog. It's nice they are open 24 hours and you can pick up your Dog when you want. It's great for a couple of days but for a week or longer there are cheaper places.

I just want to start off my saying we love this place. We love that they take bigger breeds and all breeds and actually separate small and big dogs while in day care. The boarding is extremely convenient, very affordable, and my dog really loves her deluxe room with a human size bed. The trainers have always been amazing with her and they really know how to handle high energy breeds when they become to much for the play group. I have brought my dog Suki here for two (4-day) vacations and have been very pleased with the experience! Michael in the front was very friendly , provided exceptional customer service and made me feel Comfortable about leaving my baby here . They have cameras in the suites and in the play yard : they will contact you with updates when you request them . When they say everything happens for a reason, it's true. Finding The Wag Hotel has been the best blessing for our little Tuna Luna! Luna went from pulling me back to the car, to pulling me to towards the hotel. She knows it's daycare time! The staff is AMAZING. Very friendly, knowledgeable, happy, and great photographers. Wag in Carson is a bit out the way for our family. But my little fur baby seems happiest there, whenever we need daycare or boarding services. As soon as we pull into the driveway, Charlie perks up, tail wagging like a windshield wiper on high, and practically drags me to the door. Our pup suffers from some horrible separation anxiety and is extremely nervous around new people, especially men. I don't ever have to worry about him running off because he's never far away from me.
