The staff at west loop is great. Unfortunately the roll out of the new rewards program has been quite disappointing. I no longer have my platinum status and the site continues to tell me I am good but that I need to spend 2796.00 to get to gold. It’s very confusing. As a long time member I was surprised to find out I was pushed back to silver when I have had 2 dogs attending until Max passed in April. Max and Coco love coming to daycare. They are so excited when they recognize someone they know at the front desk. Max loves his all day play. The staff is very attentive to our dogs and ,very helpful when I have questions.
Staff at Pooch hotel in the Loop has been patient , caring and empathetic towards our dog with all his little quirks Thank you

I brought my Golden retriever in for grooming. Annette did an incredible job as always. I also brought my other pup in for halloween and they did halloween pics and he enjoyed day care. Best in the city! Lobby looked great with decorations and team was great as always

Always very courteous and helpful staff. My dog has a great time there!
Boarding my dogs is very hard for me but boarding them at the Pooch Hotel eases all of my anxieties in that my boys are well taken care of and pampered in their presidential suite! Having access to web cams to easily peek in on them also helps tremendously!
