Pooch Hotel West Loop is THE BEST!!! The team takes amazing care of my dog, Chance! They are so kind and attentive to his needs and his quirks! They know all their dogs so well and really take time to work with the pups and owners on the best experience for my dog! The team takes pictures of my pup for me and regularly gives me updates on his daily interactions with fellow pups and the team! They always make me feel welcome and ready for treats for Chance! He ways his tail every morning when we go in!

Our puppy is always happy to go to Pooch Hotel when we are away for a few days. We enjoy watching him during play time on the webcams and feel that he has been well taken care of. We have been disappointed during both of our stays that we did not receive email updates via email as we were told we would. However, when we called for updates, the staff readily knew who our puppy was and was able to tell us how he was doing. We just appreciate pictures and updates without having to call :)

This was a great experience not only for our Stella Roo but for us as well. We loved how we could watch Stella play and be with all the dogs.

The July special was awesome looking forward to more. It allowed us to send Max and Coco more times than usual. They came home happy and exhausted from playing with their friends. The staff is wonderful with them and they look forward to going!
