This was the first time on our girls lives they needed to be boarded. We asked around, read reviews and visited various locations. Pooch Hotel, was the best fit for us. The pre-check in process was involved but absolutely necessary to keep the pups safe. From the moment they arrived until we collected them three days later they were well cared for, loved and we were sent photographs of them at play and looked happy. It was a great first experience and we will use them and recommend The Pooch Hotel West Loop.

We have never boarded our dog overnight. She’s 10 and we feared she would be so upset. We upgraded her suite so we could check in on her and found out she was so comfortable she did the same things she does at home (snuggle under blankets and sleep). Will definitely use again.

Everyone that works at the West Loop and South Loop locations is great to interact with and I trust them to take care of our dogs. Max and Coco look forward to going there and seeing everyone they know and playing all day long. As soon as they get in the car they fall asleep on their way home.

I can’t say enough nice things about the quality and care provided by the Pooch hotel team. Between always being available to care for my dog, Sony, their pupdates, and an overall friendly staff, this is one of the best boarding services I have ever encountered in 6 years of being a dog dad. The suites are very big compared to others and the pricing is very fair. I can always call or chat with a team member upon picking Sony up to get details on his stay. Our complementary afternoon visit with our elderly pup went very well. She even came home with a report card and goodie bag. The service was good. The only complaint was that the smell in this place was very bad.

Maldon seemed happy to see us, but two issues. One, every time we pick him up he has an extreme need to walk and relieve himself. This gives us some concern he’s not getting enough of that while he’s boarding. Two, the entry of your location smells heavily of urine. Given this is the only place that owners visit and is a small part of the overall facility, this gives us some concern about the overall cleanliness of the facility. Both of these issues have been true of our three stays with you so far.

I loved that I could watch my pup in her group play while she was boarding! She seems so happy and well socialized and every time I called to check in, the staff was super kind and helpful.
