These folks were terrific! I had a daycare need come up for the first time that morning. The employees at Pooch Hotel were extremely patient with me while I made sure that my dog had all the proper vaccinations, and held the place for me. My dog seemed very happy when I picked her up, and they didn’t even charge me because typically the first daycare visit is free. We will definitely use them again!
It was my first time taking my dog to pet hotel so I don’t really have any other experience to compare pooch with. I however really did enjoy the fact that I could watch him play with other dogs while I was away.
We decided to try out the West Loop location and we are glad we did. The staff in the morning at check in was great and the staff at pick up were equally as great. We had no problems at check-in or check-out and our dogs came home happy and exhausted. We will definitely be using Borge South Loop and West Loop locations going forward. Nothing but positive interaction with both and most importantly our dogs have a great time.
The staff was so friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving Beignet at Pooch Hotel while we were out of town. When I got back, the staff knew him by name and were able to give me a detailed update on how his stay went.

My dog Isis spent her first day at Pooch Hotel a couple days ago and was not hesitant to go through the front doors when we returned today. To me this is an indication she was well treated and had a good experience the previous day.
Our pup Gus had a great time. He came home happy and tired!
