During the tour we only were shown the Presidential Suites and Boarding pens, I would have liked to see more. Like were they play or go potty (weird I know, but cleanliness is important). I still boarded for the day, she came out in one piece, so we're happy.

We love the staff and how accommodating they all are for our puppy dog Addie! from the minute we walk in our dog talks and greets each employee which means how much she loves each visit to Pooch Hotel! and the puppy webcam is so much fun for us to check out how our pup is doing!

Pup is always exhausted after a fun day at the pooch hotel. The staff is very respectful and on top of it, which is impressive considering the amount of dogs they take care of each day. Keep up the good work!! :)
