Max and Coco love coming there and can hardly wait to get thru the front door. The staff are great, very friendly with them and we trust leaving them there knowing they will come home exhausted from playing. If we have questions they are always answered promptly with in a couple of hours either by phone or email if not at the time we drop them off.
I have been taking my bullies to PFP for many years. I'm confident they will be well taken care of by a caring & professional staff when I drop them off. The 24 hour presence of staff is huge for me, as well as the responsiveness of staff to my calls. The "pup dates" are also a nice touch.
My Dog loved his experience at Pooch Hotel. They were very communicative through out this stay which i really appreciated

Annette was very helpful and squeezed an appointment for us into her already busy schedule, during holidays. She did a great job grooming our friend’s dog. Other staffs were also really friendly
The staff is friendly and they clearly love dogs. I feel like my dog gets personal attention when he is there. Booking, check in and check out are easy.
My dog's first boarding experience was here. She is generally averse to being without her family, but her stay went very well. We especially liked the webcam availability in the play areas.
We dropped our dog off for an extended weekend. The options all looked great and it seemed like he had a great time. Really appreciated getting a daily photo of our pup to see how they were doing.
Was great hearing how much you all loved Arney. Made me smile underneath my mask.
