RecommendedAwesome place with great staff! Drove past 3 other emergency vets based on recommendation and glad I did!!
RecommendedWe had to rush our barn cat in. The male, we assume dr, saw my mom with the cat in the basket & immediately took her back, no questions asked. Within 10 minutes Dr. Watkins came in to discuss options. She was very clear & direct while still having compassion. You could tell she wasn’t in it just for the money. We ultimately decided to euthanize our kitty but the whole time, the staff were more than accommodating & kind. I can’t say thank you enough!
RecommendedThe fact that everyone of the staff showed such kindness! They are really focused on your pet and in giving the best care to make everything better! Dr. Taylor was so amazing! She really made me feel comfortable in knowing that she knew exactly what she was doing and the care she showed my baby boy! I highly recommend Wake Veterinary Medical Center!
RecommendedMy dog Bear was referred to Wake Veterinary for a growth in his mouth thought to be cancer. Dr. Elizabeth Taylor was the surgeon. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Very professional and knowable plus a warm and understanding manner. The entire staff was wonderful too. The care Bear received was excellent. His surgery was done and we are hopeful for a good pathology report. I am so appreciative to Wake Veterinary Medical Center. Thank you for helping not only Bear but me too!

She was professional and realistic with me and my 11 year old German shepherd, while still maintaining a level of kindness and empathy that truly made the difference in my experience. RecommendedWhat an amazing Veterinary Medical Center! The staff (this includes everyone from the reception to the medical teams) is organized, helpful, and on the ball. Top shelf medical care and I cannot say enough good things about them. The emergency is always available. They recently did urgent surgery on one of our pups and I was beyond impressed with the process and care. They are very warm and kind- I always felt that I mattered and my pet mattered. RecommendedI took my dog in because he started having seizures. There was a wait, which I expected. However, when he started to seize in the room, the staff came in immediately and administered meds and took him back. The Doctor came in and explained everything and told me everything they were doing for him. They also explained the cost prior to everything.
