Due to severe flooding my heat was out for 3 days. Once the water drained, Evan #705 came out and had my heat going very quickly. He also took the time to explain the mechanism and gave me a better understanding of what caused the problem and advice on precautions to take. Thanks Evan!

Wallace Energy is charging $5.32 per gallon for oil on a price protected contract when everyone else is charging $3.68 - $3.89 a gallon. Not sure why that is or how they get away with it but they do. Do yourself a favor and get oil somewhere else!

Overpriced and unprofessional. Had multiple issues with them so I put my account on hold and they still sent me a $325 bill to renew my account. Needless to say, I am not going to renew with them. Ulster energy is $1.00 a gallon cheaper and they don’t charge you over $300 just to be their customer.

And I am still on hold for all three lines we have called on. Someone call me or answer the phone at the call center. I would get a new call center since they are not doing their job.

Had annual maintenance done last week. Turned on the heat zones today since it was 50 or so outside for the last few days and the one I asked to be checked did not heat up. I specifically requested the zone valve to be changed but today when I turned it on, the valve did not open. Needless to say if it was very cold out I would not have heat in that zone. Please change the zone valve. I paid for the service so just do it.

Been on hold for hours. My parents unit was serviced a week ago. This morning the unit began gushing water. There is no emergency number at Wallace and haven’t been able to speak to anyone at Wallace. Thankfully, the police came out to help turn it off. Here I am - still on hold. My parents are long time customers. Be aware - no emergency help.
This rating goes out to Mrs. Debora Stewart in customer service. She is one of those rare customer service reps that are mostly God send to various companies. She took care of my problems with a very big smile that I could almost see through the earpiece. Wallace Oil should take care of this gem of a employee.
