I made an appointment for AC checkup as my ac was not working properly. Everything went well up till scheduling the appt. I was able to get the appt for the same day 5/28 . The tech came to the house and did not even go to the front door. My family was home all day. Then he calls me and I couldn’t answer the phone as I was at work, but I replied with in a minute or so so the tech did not answer the call. The technician fixed my problem, but "found" 2 valves that needed replacing. I asked for a price. No call came through with a price. However, your office dispatcher called within the hour to setup the INSTALLATION! I had NOT given my consent. How could I? I had not idea how much you would charge me. I waited 45 minutes on the phone - that's THREE QUARTERS OF AN HOUR to get a price. A reputable firm such as Wallace should have prices at the ready for their MORE THAN FORTY FIVE YEAR CUSTOMERS, I think. That' MY opinion... read more

The worst company, last November I #2 diesel delivery $3.7/g for 194 gallons and no signature of delivery driver.

Purchased a $12000+ hvac system which failed to function properly it was hot in summer and cold in winter, company did not have us set up for service so complaints were not log. Finally a tech came out who said problem was on their end and would return with supervisor, on the scheduled day no one came , called in and they said someone would come another day. ive been a Wallace oil customer for the last 14 years as I bought my house from one of the former owners,in the past the service was great but in December I had a tech come out to service my oil burner and in the process he condemned my two oil tanks thus stopping my oil deliveries I had another company verify his claim and they said that there is nothing wrong with my tanks sent paperwork to the company and they sent someone else to look at the tanks and they said nothing was wrong,so I got oil delivered at a lower price b... read more

I'm sure once you are an established customer you are treated very well. I was lied to and called a lier by a customer service rep. When I called to complain I was called back by several different people and each of them told me someone who can help you will get back to you. 2 days later, no call!!!!
I have been a Wallace customer for 25 years. I have always had a service contract and been satisfied with the service provided in the past. last year I ran out of oil once and was serviced fairly quickly. today I came home to a cold house and was out of oil. I called at 4 pm and was told that the soonest I could get a service man is between 1:30 and 4 am. I don't understand why I didn't get a delivery in time before I ran out and why it should take so long to get service in my house. I just renewed my service contract for ov... read more
I have had 5 technicians to date to remedy a simple situation and now I still need another appointment to continue this. When you work as we all do, and to continue to ask for time off explaining that your oil burner still needs additional work, your employer doubts start. At the recommendation of Wallace I changed out my burner. It’s beginning to look like I made a mistake
