we awoke to furnace not running and placed a call for help. We had Tony (691) show at a selected earlier time which was great . He worked on that furnace until it was running (and heating ) again. Fantastic job ! Much appreciated Tony and Wallace, reliable and professional.

We are long time customers, I find that management (Donte’) & office staff very respectful & accommodating. Prices at times are sometimes higher than the competition, I’ve had to call 3 times over the last 3 years, and each time I was given a 50.00 credit. That was a show of good customer relations. Overall our family is happy having Wallace as our distributor.
