Customer service via phone: 1st lady was lovely to talk with & patient In-person: tech was great, efficient & polite There seems to be some lack of communication between the main office, delivery & technicians...re: where the tank was & what it was used for. Overall, I was very satisfied...and can now get my laundry dried!

I cant believe how much I dislike this company. They have milked me out of so much more money than I ever thought I could pay for a heating and oil company. I learned a tough lesson dealing with this company and I will pass it on to whoever is reading this. you better monitor the crap out of your energy bill because any chance they have to sneakily increase your oil prices they will do it. Late in the evening, on 12.25.24, the customer returned home and observed the boiler was off with no heat and no hot water. The customer checked the oil tank and noticed it was empty. In adherence to the contract, the customer promptly informed Wallace Energy to fulfill its part of the agreement to deliver oil. Had a hot water issue and Travis responed after hours and got me back on line asap. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provided superb customer service. Would request him every time. Wallace Energy is very responsive as well.
