The 2 technicians (1 teacher and 1 apprentice) Daniel and Dante tech #57 that came to do my yearly tune up were awesome. Very friendly, thorough, clean and professional. Thanks again for your service and sending these 2 professionals.

The technician from Wallace Oil was thorough. However, he suggested a salesman come to evaluate my system. He has not yet arrived. An appointment with him is two weeks away. Hopefully, I will still have oil.

prompt service professional technician concerned about my health as well as my home and boiler. cleaned up behind himself and took the time to explain what he did.
We had an issue with the ignition no hot water. We called for service and a technician was sent over immediately to fix the issue. We worried with all these shutdowns we would have no hot water for a few days, but what a relief that was not the case. Thank you giving us one less thing we need to worry about. He was also address any concerns we had.
