Julian went right to work and repaired my furnace. Pointed out problems to be solved. Explained what he needed to do. So far so good.
The two guys that came were awesome! They seem to get along great! They knew was was wrong the second they got there and explain to me very well what was wrong and what to do to fix it!

Wallace never seizes to impress me. Their service and their technicians are excellent. I called on a sunday pm letting them know I had no heat in my second level and they send someone to diagnose the problem and they informed me why it could not be fixed at that time, then I received a call letting me know they will be back in the am to fix the problem. that is excellent customer service. Thank you!
The technician was prompt and courteous. The repair was performed quickly and effectively.

The technician was able to come earlier than expected and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and even had the replacement part on his truck. This is the third time I've had Wallace service my system and they have been excellent every time.
