I have been a long time customer and never had a problem with this company. Now that I am terminating my contract with them and they owe me a refund, they take their sweet time.
I have been with your company for over 30 years, I am very disappointed with my your service lately and when my contact is up I will be going to a new company.
Don't fall for the bait-n-switch introductory contract offer with the $100 discount. In the end they get you with exorbitant pricing that is >$1.50/gal higher than their local competitors which more than makes up for their scheme to attract new customers.
On Dec 16th one of your drivers filled the wrong oil tank. We have 2 oil tanks, one is beige and one is black. There should be a note on the account to only fill the black tank. The beige one hasnt been used in over 5 years. On my security camera I have a video of your driver filling the wrong tank and he put the receipt on the side door by the wrong tank. Very unprofessional people I'm trying to move my propane tank since last Christmas no one cares and they stop making delivery I contacted costumer service too many any times and they told me some one from propane department will call me no one is bother no one is care I been a costumer with them more than 15 years but they don't care I don't know how they doing besnuis
i have been trying to resolve a problem with the Propane dept for weeks. call backs not happening-promised one 12 days ago and none! this is absurd. i am calling my congressman and the PSC, because the BBB complaint has not done anything! I am a sr. citizen and need my generator hooked up! no one will call me to resolve this!
no help, clueless service. Told order guaranteed by Saturday in a two day window to lock price.Well guess what past Saturday, came went after two confirmation emails that I had my delivery coming my tank is still empty! Walace Energy SUCKS

Had our annual free tuneup n though th guy was nice; he left our heat on ALL DAY! We didn’t realize it bcuz we went out for the day but when we returned, it was a sauna! In August!!! We called it in n after about 2 MORE hours of heat another Wallace serviceperson came around 10:30pm n fixed the “rookie mistake”. N this after our oil bill has gone up a couple of hundred dollars a month this past year??!! Jeez guys!
