Staff was attentive and friendly. It was during the holidays and they had a bra decorating contest for their staff where we could vote for our favorite. (The decorated bras were hanging in the changing room.) It was nice having something to "brighten" the mood and the experience.
I was a bit worried going into this procedure, as the information I was going to receive could be good or bad. But, from the moment I arrived, everyone was so warm and comforting. The nurses and attendants were lovely and reassuring. Then, the Ultrasound Doctor- Dr. Holland- I cannot rave enough about! She was so caring and compassionate and even fun! I and my family have had MRIs, ultrasound scans and mammograms. The staff is great, the doctors are excellent and the reports are speedily sent out.
I'm surprised by some of these reviews. I've been here many times for mammograms and a CT scan, and my daughter has had knee MRIs. It's always a good experience with professional and warm staff. Things also run on time. Highly recommend!

I was apprehensive upon my visit because of the reviews but my doctor specifically sent me to this location and I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived I had my printed orders and had also printed and filled out the paper work from the link online. I think that this helped my appointment time be more efficient. Very nice clinical staff. Front desk staff are ok too, but the clinical staff gets a 10. Radiologist MD was nice, informative and explained case well. The waiting time is acceptable. Great location, easy access to Metro train at Friendship Heights. Multiple good places around for lunch after you are done with the test. I truly recommend it.
To me, there's only one thing that really matters when going in for a CT scan (x-ray, MRI, or other non-interactive procedure) - timeliness. Obviously, competency and care matter as well; but, if you are not doing that well, you don't deserve to be in business to begin with. Sadly, that puts most medical service providers on the street as 99% of them suck when it comes to respecting your time. WRA was spot on. Got there when I was supposed to.
