Earlier this week I developed a nasty ear infection. This was the first time I ever visited an urgent care facility. When I arrived, I was told that there were 12 people before me and there was a wait of 1-2 hours. The facility allowed me to check in and also allowed me to go home telling me that they would call me when I needed to return. THAT ALONE was a gigantic plus. Must leave a review because this rating is so low. traveled to my elderly mother's place. we needed negative PCR tests for a trip within a short period. we were nervous about results coming back in a timely manner. booked inconvienent times at cvs. Calked for questions and to see if we could adjust times . Rude , condescending rep after being in a hellish loop of a VRM. Called 2x. While the previous reviews that are low seem to be symptomatic of the onslaught from Covid, I came early on Sat and had to return on Sunday and I got taken care of within mins of arrival. No lines. Care was appropriate to my needs and friendly, masked attendants and physicians assistants. All very competent. They suspected I might have been exposed to omicron. Gave me a PCR test. It was supposed to take 3 days for results. They came by SMS text same day by evening. Impressive! Overall a reliable stop for urgent care. ... read more

Every time I tend need to take my son (6) in, they are excellent with him. They are fast and reliable with Covid testing, and great at explaining everything. Wait times are typical of the area and the times. I would suggest going and getting in line early before opening to make sure you can get in if it is a walk in. But otherwise, everyone is trying to do the best they can and they have been great all 3 times I've needed them.

Best nasal swab I've ever had lol. Staff was polite and super easy going. The swab was not so much fun but I did get a drink and a snack while I waited for my results. They also have massaging chairs and TVs in their exam rooms. Pretty sweet setup if you ask me.

Great care done fast! I came in with a bad sinus infection and was brought into the room, scene by the PA, treated, and out the door all in about 25 minutes with NO APPOINTMENT! The staff were super friendly, explained everything they were doing, and got me out in a matter of minutes. They did a very thorough exam and were very kind, even when I called back a few days later. Great experience!

I sat in an office for 90 minutes, they didn't screen me for the reason I was there- just took height and weight and put me in a room to sit. I let someone know I had been in the room for an hour and would need to leave soon if someone didn't come in, she said "ok" and proceeded to leave me waiting in the room for another 30 minutes. They had no problem charging my card before I received any services though! $180 ‍

Have multiple cat bites (deep and bleeding). Called them before going; after a few minutes wait of automatic answer, the person on the line is not the one in the western ave clinic (the contact # is western ave clinic number). The person told me that the clinic open until 8pm. I arrived around 7:25pm, but the counter asked me what for, and then told me either to come back tomorrow or go virtual chat with the doctor. What is the point of going to the urgent care to get the treatment of my bleeding hand?

My wife had an appointment, one person ahead of her. She was brought into a room, only a blood pressure check, she had a serious hacking cough. No temp taken. Almost 2 hours to see a Dr. who orders the temperature taken and a chest xray. We left with a prescription. I am listed on all her medical records, and was present during the whole time but they would not give me a copy of her report to bring to our primary.
