Thank You WellNow for attending my child medical and healthcare need yesterday. It was an awesome experience to be accomodated by professional and friendly nurses and doctor Michael who did check my baby. Fast and reliable result. The place is also child friendly
We had to bring my daughter somewhere on a Saturday. I swear she only gets sick on weekends. Anyways, it was super super kid friendly. They gave her a couple of goodies, and there was a slush puppy machine in the lobby. Definitely a kid friendly doctors office unlike most urgent cares. We didn’t wait long. Check in is all done electronically. Staff were very pleasant and had good “bedside manner”. They have a great group of people working here from administrative staff to medical staff. Thank you guys.
Staff is always friendly at the Western ave location. I have brought my mother there several times. This time was for myself. The P.A. Was great as well. Diagnosed with bronchitis. I had made appointment the night before for 9:15 and was in a room ahead of others in the waiting area at 9:12. The X-ray tech was not in due to the holiday and I had to drive to their Troy location across from HVCC. Was taken back as soon as walked in. I was able to set up an online appointment at 7:45am for a 8 am appointment. I had no wait and was seen promptly. Both the medical professionals I saw were friendly and good listeners. I was in and out well within 30 minutes with prescriptions.
The WellNow clinic was easily accessible in scheduling with a very quick turnaround on wait time. The front office staff and the two clinicians I encountered were courteous and highly professional. With hours long wait times common at local hospital ERs, my overall experience was a refreshing and appreciated change. Will recommend this health care site to others.
