This Urgent Care is efficient, clean, orderly, and has the nicest staff ever. From the front desk, to the X-ray tech, to the radiologist and nurse - everyone was kind, thorough, and beyond competent. Great experience (which is saying a lot for an Urgent Care!)
I went to this location on Sunday evening with very panic state as my son fell on back while playing and it was hurting him much. But after speaking to Dr. Phillips, Kahja and Paige I was very much relieved. Even the X Ray technician made my son comfortable. They were very calm and warm and gave us overall good experience at this facility. We were confident enough when we left the place that my son is doing fine. I would give 5 star to this place. You all are amazing people. Thank you.
We were new to the Albany area and we didn't have a PCP we checked into a urgent care and met NP Laura Snyder. She did very well in giving an examination as well as referrals, The whole staff is committed to you and they give you the best remedy, advice & alternatives. 👏
The staff was courteous and helpful. The check in process was simple. I was there for 2 hours, from arrival to completion of my visit which included 2 diagnostic tests. The medical assistant and PA listened to me regarding my symptoms and provided professional top notch care! Thank you!
It was suggested that I go to urgent care to treat a deep cut to my thumb from a hammer. ( bad aim) Finding 2 closed , stumbled upon the WellNow urgent care at 1438 Western Ave , Albany NY. I was promptly seen by various professionals, which entailed cleanup , x-ray , sutures, and important follow up instructions. Very thorough staff. Outstanding service !
