My experience was amazing!! Takira took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable and knew every step. Staff is always friendly at the Western ave location. I have brought my mother there several times. This time was for myself. The P.A. Was great as well. Diagnosed with bronchitis. I had made appointment the night before for 9:15 and was in a room ahead of others in the waiting area at 9:12. The X-ray tech was not in due to the holiday and I had to drive to their Troy location across from HVCC. Was taken back as soon as walked in. I was able to set up an online appointment at 7:45am for a 8 am appointment. I had no wait and was seen promptly. Both the medical professionals I saw were friendly and good listeners. I was in and out well within 30 minutes with prescriptions.
