this building needs to be seized and shut down. absolute trash. the nurses are in the back online shopping on SHEIN & watching YouTube. not to mention they only have ONE doctor in a whole building with dozens of people. staff is dumb and fat and nasty. nothing "urgent" about this place. burn it to the ground!!!

Avoid if at all humanly possible. Like others who have reviewed here, I found that their supposed "appointment scheduling" is a joke. You arrive on time, are told you are number 1 in line, then wait more than an hour to be taken back. Meanwhile none of the people who went in before you have come out so it's clear that they are all just sitting in exam rooms. I recently visited WellNow Urgent Care and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I sat in an office for 90 minutes, they didn't screen me for the reason I was there- just took height and weight and put me in a room to sit. I let someone know I had been in the room for an hour and would need to leave soon if someone didn't come in, she said "ok" and proceeded to leave me waiting in the room for another 30 minutes. They had no problem charging my card before I received any services though! $180

Have multiple cat bites (deep and bleeding). Called them before going; after a few minutes wait of automatic answer, the person on the line is not the one in the western ave clinic (the contact # is western ave clinic number). The person told me that the clinic open until 8pm. I arrived around 7:25pm, but the counter asked me what for, and then told me either to come back tomorrow or go virtual chat with the doctor. What is the point of going to the urgent care to get the treatment of my bleeding hand?

My wife had an appointment, one person ahead of her. She was brought into a room, only a blood pressure check, she had a serious hacking cough. No temp taken. Almost 2 hours to see a Dr. who orders the temperature taken and a chest xray. We left with a prescription. I am listed on all her medical records, and was present during the whole time but they would not give me a copy of her report to bring to our primary. Made an appointment for 12:35. My phone said I was number 1 in line. I was number 2 to go into an an exam room. Ok, great! Sat in exam room for 10 minutes when a nurse arrived to take vitals. Still great! Now it's been an hour since seeing the nurse. Another hour. Hey doctor arrived to give me a script for antibiotics, prednisone and prescription cough medicine. I think the prednisone is overkill but.....

Horrible customer service they will take appointments and then refuse you or lock the door. Then they will also say no walk-ins when you try to come the next day. DO NOT GO HERE. The woman at the front desk is very very rude. They will waste your time days in a row. The one in Latham is way better customer service.
