Don't waste your time. Very inefficiently run, which means hours of wait and you still might not see a doctor.

2 1/2 hours and still waiting. if I didn't already pay my copay I would've left. That is way too long for any appointment anywhere! I'm glad I'm not dying. I don't think they would notice. They should change their name to Well Way Later if ever!

Unpleasant experience! I went in this morning with a bad ear infection. Arrived around 8:10 a.m. I was seen right away. Young black lady by the name of Shayla walked in and her 1st words were, "take your jacket off!" So I did. She had the machine taking my blood pressure that was very tight. I had issues before with this machine at the last appointment I had. She said it didn't work, took a strep swab and left. She came back and said she had to redo the blood pressure machine, and I explained to her that I did not want to do... read more

I went in 1.5 weeks ago with symptoms of Lyme disease. FINALLY, today, I was able to get the results after about an hour+ on hold spread over two days. At the time of the visit, I specifically asked that results be sent to my GP. They weren't. When I asked again today, I was told they needed his fax number. Person refused to look it up from info I had in hand; I was not about to go thru the whole on-hold routine -- AGAIN -- to do HER job. INCOMPETENT office staff!!!!!

I tried making an appointment to be seen but they couldn't see me on the same day so I tried to call them. At first I got the 'virtual assistant' that probably couldn't understand me because I have a sore throat that feels on fire. I was put on hold. And on hold. And on hold. When someone is sick they are hurting, can't think as clearly, longing for 'HELP' 'NOW', not tomorrow. I was on hold for almost ten minutes. This is my second time coming to this urgent care and the only reason I am here is to get specific tests done for work. The receptionists are dismissive and rude, the wait time is incredibly long even if you have an appointment, and the facility itself is not sanitary. There is a lack of communication between staff and they often have to repeat several steps of the appointment over again, as they switch doctors about halfway through your visit for no apparent reason. My son had an asthma attack. Could not stop coughing and was having breathing issues. He is 9. We do not have insurance. I was told that we would need to pay upfront. When I asked what the cost would be, I was told it depends on what the Dr does. It was a Sunday night. I then was told to expect 200.00 or so. When I asked if I could be billed since I did not have that kind of cash on a Sunday, they stated no. We were then turned away and told to go to ER. I have been to urgent care before. This urgent care is the worst. I don't blame the people that work there because they got bills to pay, but the level of service is atrocious. I hope the management at St. Peters takes a look at that place and makes some changes. You can't use covid 19 for failing to provide the service people expect from this facility.

Not staffed to meet their demand. Nice people. Smart people. Long wait times. Came for covid test. Waited an hour, then waited 35 more minutes (at their request) to speak with doctor.
