This is my second time coming to this urgent care and the only reason I am here is to get specific tests done for work. The receptionists are dismissive and rude, the wait time is incredibly long even if you have an appointment, and the facility itself is not sanitary. There is a lack of communication between staff and they often have to repeat several steps of the appointment over again, as they switch doctors about halfway through your visit for no apparent reason. My son had an asthma attack. Could not stop coughing and was having breathing issues. He is 9. We do not have insurance. I was told that we would need to pay upfront. When I asked what the cost would be, I was told it depends on what the Dr does. It was a Sunday night. I then was told to expect 200.00 or so. When I asked if I could be billed since I did not have that kind of cash on a Sunday, they stated no. We were then turned away and told to go to ER. I have been to urgent care before. This urgent care is the worst. I don't blame the people that work there because they got bills to pay, but the level of service is atrocious. I hope the management at St. Peters takes a look at that place and makes some changes. You can't use covid 19 for failing to provide the service people expect from this facility.

Not staffed to meet their demand. Nice people. Smart people. Long wait times. Came for covid test. Waited an hour, then waited 35 more minutes (at their request) to speak with doctor.

Try to keep all patients better updated on waiting times - I know you're overwhelmed with patients, and your staff is overworked, but just don't tell patients that it will be an 1 hour to 1 1/2 as a standard answer. Try to come up with a texting method if possible on waiting times. Some 3 hours plus later I was finally seen. I understand your patient load - I'm just saying - keep people better updated somehow. A bad urgent care center. This location has a very long waiting time even you have an appointment. Also, do not get a blood test at there. They don't know how to do it. They had to poke on my arm twice and the test results still showed the blood work was not done right. If you are afraid of needle, DO NOT GO THERE

Should have read these reviews before I made an appointment here. Despite arriving early for a 3:20 appointment, I did not see an exam room until 4:45. Scheduling online seems to hinder rather than help being seen as soon as possible. A poorly run facility does not inspire tremendous faith in reaching a solid diagnosis and treatment plan and I ended up leaving before a provider was available to see me. I would never return here.

Absolutely horrible. Do not go there for covid testing. They charge a random fee of $100 when you get there even though I have empire blue cross blue shield insurance and then I get a claim statement where I still owe over $200. I don't know how they are coding these services but these providers are rude and dishonest. I wouldn't trust them ever again.
