Can I give a 0? Please avoid this abomination. My husband and I visited on separate occasions. My husband is under my insurance. This joke of a company charged both my husbands accou t and mine (that's a hippa violation) to my card. Legally they can only charge mine. He is a seperate account. So when the insurance (which was not ran yet) finally went through we owed nothing! Oh did I Mention that if you leave a card on your account which I normally do not do, they can automatically charge your card the minute you have a bill... read more

Booked a 6:30. Got a message at 5:10 saying, "You are now 3 in line. Please head to Albany and let us know when you are here by texting "A". Reply STOP to stop." I was confused so I called in and they said I can come in early if I want. I arrived at 5:20 but wasn't seen by the PA until 7:40. I have a feeling i didn't save any time coming in early vs my scheduled 6:30 time. I brought my daughter here for an earache. The front desk was less than welcoming and all of them pointed to self check-in. My daughter suffers from anxiety and has a support dog and they refused to let us bring our little dog in. This only made things worse. Then right before we were directed to go back to an exam room the clerk told us the insurance card didn't go through. The nurse and PA were professional and appropriate but the front of the house needs a makeover of staff!

Wish I'd looked at this prior to an appointment. I've always had a great experience at the now closed Troy location. My appt was at 10:20 I got seen for BP and strep swab at 12:07. It's now 1:16 and no one has come back to see me. I'm exhausted hungry feel like crap hence why I'm here I just want some antibiotics to heal. Never coming back infuriating.

The people who work there are fine but my son was there for more than 2 hours because apparently there was only 1 PA on. Wait times there are ridiculous regardless of how many patients are in front of you. We couldn't even pick of his meds because by the time he was done the pharmacy was closed. Very frustrating.

The staff is not personable. It is poorly staffed with just one PA. for an urgent care. When checking in the staff tries its best to discourage patients from checking. The very first thing out of the staff's mouth is " if your checking in there are x amount of people ahead of you and it will be x amount of hours wait. It is very sad how people are treated when trying to be seen. NO RESPECT! There is a women that keep coming out for the back wearing the same blue gloves who is NASTY to everyone she talks to.

Came in today to get an X-ray for a possible broken foot because the automated message says they always have an X-ray tech there. Well, the X-ray tech apparently roams (mention that on your automated message). The receptionist wasn't the most pleasant person at all. Maybe because she doesn't like working Sundays and was already swamped....get another job. Asked if I could pay my copay after service because I wasn't going to sit there for 5 hours waiting for a tech who according to your automated message is "always on site". ... read more

After leaving a 5 star review last year as to the care I received it is sad that I must make another review. From that visit I received a bill which I paid. Only to find out my insurance company also paid. I called and was told a check would be sent out. Month later same. Another month same. Here we are in 2023 and nothing yet. I now can't even contact them through the number for billing. No answer. I have no idea how I will get my money if ever. Don't paid your bill people until you are sure your insurance company didn't. I was slandered to a potential employer by the Wellnow staff. They did not communicate to me how I could receive my work physical. They were happy to take my money for the physical, as I do not have health insurance, but would not give me a paper copy of the physical form until after I returned several times. They called the employer and slandered me and used harassment tactics. I am a poor woman trying to improve her life. They took my only opportunity away. I have lost any hope for my life.
