Came in today to get an X-ray for a possible broken foot because the automated message says they always have an X-ray tech there. Well, the X-ray tech apparently roams (mention that on your automated message). The receptionist wasn't the most pleasant person at all. Maybe because she doesn't like working Sundays and was already swamped....get another job. Asked if I could pay my copay after service because I wasn't going to sit there for 5 hours waiting for a tech who according to your automated message is "always on site". ... read more

After leaving a 5 star review last year as to the care I received it is sad that I must make another review. From that visit I received a bill which I paid. Only to find out my insurance company also paid. I called and was told a check would be sent out. Month later same. Another month same. Here we are in 2023 and nothing yet. I now can't even contact them through the number for billing. No answer. I have no idea how I will get my money if ever. Don't paid your bill people until you are sure your insurance company didn't. I was slandered to a potential employer by the Wellnow staff. They did not communicate to me how I could receive my work physical. They were happy to take my money for the physical, as I do not have health insurance, but would not give me a paper copy of the physical form until after I returned several times. They called the employer and slandered me and used harassment tactics. I am a poor woman trying to improve her life. They took my only opportunity away. I have lost any hope for my life.

Don't waste your time. Very inefficiently run, which means hours of wait and you still might not see a doctor.

2 1/2 hours and still waiting. if I didn't already pay my copay I would've left. That is way too long for any appointment anywhere! I'm glad I'm not dying. I don't think they would notice. They should change their name to Well Way Later if ever!

Unpleasant experience! I went in this morning with a bad ear infection. Arrived around 8:10 a.m. I was seen right away. Young black lady by the name of Shayla walked in and her 1st words were, "take your jacket off!" So I did. She had the machine taking my blood pressure that was very tight. I had issues before with this machine at the last appointment I had. She said it didn't work, took a strep swab and left. I went in 1.5 weeks ago with symptoms of Lyme disease. FINALLY, today, I was able to get the results after about an hour+ on hold spread over two days. At the time of the visit, I specifically asked that results be sent to my GP. They weren't. When I asked again today, I was told they needed his fax number. Person refused to look it up from info I had in hand; I was not about to go thru the whole on-hold routine -- AGAIN -- to do HER job. INCOMPETENT office staff!!!!!

I tried making an appointment to be seen but they couldn't see me on the same day so I tried to call them. At first I got the 'virtual assistant' that probably couldn't understand me because I have a sore throat that feels on fire. I was put on hold. And on hold. And on hold. When someone is sick they are hurting, can't think as clearly, longing for 'HELP' 'NOW', not tomorrow. I was on hold for almost ten minutes. This is my second time coming to this urgent care and the only reason I am here is to get specific tests done for work. The receptionists are dismissive and rude, the wait time is incredibly long even if you have an appointment, and the facility itself is not sanitary. There is a lack of communication between staff and they often have to repeat several steps of the appointment over again, as they switch doctors about halfway through your visit for no apparent reason.
