Terrible business and very poor customer service! They did not bill my insurance in a timely manner (over 2 years) and are now billing me for the visit because my insurance does not lawfully have to pay at this point. They are texting me at all times of the day! Almost impossible to speak to anyone in person.
wish I could give zero stars. the staff seemed nice. took my daughter in for a possible broken arm. Part of signing in was running my insurance and me paying the co-pay (they don't actually process money there, they send a link for you to pay on your phone... should have been red flag number one). They took her back and did X-rays... then they came and said their machine was too big to do X-rays on a child... AFTER they did the X-ray (red flag #2). I had to wait an awful long time to get antibiotics for an abscess I was suffering which was just enough for a relatively lousy experience but that was not what really bothered me. What really bothered me was the fact that at 8:00 pm (after normal business hours), I get a text and an email about how my payment for $315.00 was scheduled for 5 days from now. Terrible business. I have been waiting for a $100 refund for almost 3 months because the did not accept my AARP United Healthcare insurance, only to find out the procedure was covered and they should have filed a a claim with United Healthcare. They forced us to pay full price and now will not refund the difference. They are liars.

Awful! Would give a zero, like the non-existent customer service I received. Ridiculous hold times (called 3xs over 40 min wait) & no one answers the phone. The automated service is only useful to make a payment. Tried 716-699-9032, 1-888-430-5870 & online. Shame on you Wellnow

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Their billing department requires a minimum of 60 minutes on hold time before reaching someone to speak with. Their billing tactics are deplorable. The representative I finally got through to had a rooster crowing in the background, requiring that she repeatedly mute her phone. What a joke of an operation. Find a different urgent care facility at all costs.

I had the same experience as other people when using a credit card to pay a co-pay and they charge the remaining balance to my card a month later. IT was for a visit for my son and I used my card. I called my insurance company and they paid the bill a week ago and they STILL charged my card. When I call, it is of course a call center so I it is useless. Can I give a 0? Please avoid this abomination. My husband and I visited on separate occasions. My husband is under my insurance. This joke of a company charged both my husbands accou t and mine (that's a hippa violation) to my card. Legally they can only charge mine. He is a seperate account. So when the insurance (which was not ran yet) finally went through we owed nothing! Booked a 6:30. Got a message at 5:10 saying, "You are now 3 in line. Please head to Albany and let us know when you are here by texting "A". Reply STOP to stop." I was confused so I called in and they said I can come in early if I want. I arrived at 5:20 but wasn't seen by the PA until 7:40. I have a feeling i didn't save any time coming in early vs my scheduled 6:30 time.
