Should have read these reviews before I made an appointment here. Despite arriving early for a 3:20 appointment, I did not see an exam room until 4:45. Scheduling online seems to hinder rather than help being seen as soon as possible. A poorly run facility does not inspire tremendous faith in reaching a solid diagnosis and treatment plan and I ended up leaving before a provider was available to see me. I would never return here.

Please avoid coming here if you can, I had the worst experience here last week! I didn't know how bad this place was until I get to experience it myself.
Absolutely horrible. Do not go there for covid testing. They charge a random fee of $100 when you get there even though I have empire blue cross blue shield insurance and then I get a claim statement where I still owe over $200. I don't know how they are coding these services but these providers are rude and dishonest. I wouldn't trust them ever again.
They tried to charge me $225 for a COVID-19 Test even with insurance! Staff was very dismissive and not understanding. Would NOT recommend, try and find another place to get tested. WellNow is a SCAM!
No gloves used in the main wait area. Not one wiping down the pen used by EVERYONE or the counter. If you want COVID, you might get it here. Wait times for urgent care hours because more money in COVID testing. Go up to Wolf Rd and use Albany Meds Urgent Care instead.

They mistook me for someone else and when I got there and had to redo the whole registration with my info on another patients file.
