I could not access the internet. I call main number, Berry answered very quickly. Was extra patient. When I knew he had connection to our modem and Wi-Fi router, I said let me hang up, and clean up my LAN wires. And that fix my messy problem. So I did not call back. Then tonight, Berry called me, and check on my problem. Great customer service!!!!

Have been an internet customer since early December. Today lost service with a different utility company accidentally cut the mine. From initial phone call to fully patched and restored by Zirrus technicians in just over an hour. Terrific service!
