Zoro is a scam company. Avoid any an all purchases. I gave them one star only because they had the item I needed. Ordered a pool pump on a Wednesday and paid extra for 2 day air. Monday rolled around and nothing arrived. The customer service agent was mid calculation for the refund of the additional shipping and then flat out refused to provide it. I asked her to go through the mental gymnastics of explaining how Thursday, Friday, and Monday don't count as "three" days to provide 2 day air. Money grab company. Avoid at all c... read more

I ordered one item from Zoro, they kept moving back my delivery date. Then after seven weeks they cancelled my order saying it was unavailable.But after checking their website, the product IS available, only it is listed for OVER TWICE the amount than when I ordered it.Other reviewers have said the same thing. I do not believe this is a reputable company, and would avoid them like the plague.Their Unsubscribe page does not work either! There really needs to be a ZERO star rating because this "company" absolutely deserves it.

I ordered a tool from them never received it I have contacted them two times they have yet to refund me or ship my item

I think there's a chance this is some kind of scam where they hold your money and then don't deliver reading these reviews. They did this to me, for months, before finally cancelling the order. Wish I had looked up reviews before placing the order

Purchased very expensive butcher block countertop. Was delivered cracked through and through, essentially I have to pieces of butcher block now. I have called three times asking for refund. Each time I am told someone will reach out to me. No one has. I get the same line "we will escalate this" Worst Customer service imaginable. Order #SO28130594

Sold me $500.00 worth of HPe network switches. Cancelled the order the very same day and never told me. Charged my PayPal account and to this day (more than 2 weeks later) refuses to remove the pending charges. We have been a commerical N30 account of Grainger and MSC for 30 years but this company (Zoro) could care less. Rude and could care less.

my gf purchased an outdoor storage container. when I opened it, I discovered more than 1 **************. this meant I needed to decontaminate the purchase before I could even get to use it. I can not tell if they were only in the box or in the crevices of the container. I can say I opened it on my driveway and still found other 'passengers' after cleaning it up (so I though at first) when I went to the backyard. Horrible customer service. I purchased a $1.300 ladder system that arrived damaged to the point it was not usable. **************** authorized its return and told me someone from the returns department would contact me to work out the logistics. That call has yet to come despite my request for updates.

I ordered a costly electric motor for my church in *******, *****. I was promised a sales tax refund months ago. I did get the motor. I continuously receive advertising E-Mails, but they do not respond to my requests for the agreed upon tax refund. Their automatic E-Mail response is that they are so busy that they cannot respond. I am an officer in the ************************ in *******, *****, and I am very disappointed in the companys less than honorable business dealing.************
