TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First time I ordered with them they said my card did not go through and we had to cancel the order and do it again twice. Then there was weird charges on my card and I had to call and ask them to cancel the order, then they placed the order again... all this took a week and was such a hassle. Sales order SO26713123 . I always like to buy Made in *** tools. Because this is not always possible, I have found ********* products to be a close second choice. The problem is that Zoro Tools has made a decision to say: Country of Origin: ******, Province of *****. Since the end of WWII, the **** has steadfastly refused to recognize ****** as a Province of *****. I'm fact, it is only Communist ***** that makes the war-like claim of ****** being their province. I bought a towel dispenser. The price was $ ******. Never delivered. Zoro said they advertised the wrong price and canceled the order. They should have honored the advertised price. They took my card info. They never told me they were canceling the order until I called to see where it was. Awful company. Be warned.

My order keeps getting cancelled by Zoro. I guess they aren't interested in doing business. **************** is a joke. No help to provide a solution. Buyer beware.

Ordered 10 ***** of paper per description on website. Received a total of 6 ***** between original shipment and replacement order by Zoro. They are refusing to either ship or refund the 4 missing ***** due to an error in the product description on their part when I placed my order.Basically, the item is a 3 ****, **** sheet case but had been inputted as a 10 ****, **** sheet case on the website originally. Since the error is on Zoro's part, I should receive the rest of the order I placed as the item was described at the time... read more

I have placed several orders for disposable gloves since the beginning of the pandemic. Most recently ****** XL is listed on their site at $5.52 each box of 100 ($0.06 each glove). I received an email that the price is actually $24.26 per box. This is the 3rd or 4th time that they have had a price like this on their website and have emailed me about a much higher cost, since the beginning of the pandemic!! I believe it's the "Bait and Switch" since any other website has a higher cost for them but these guys refuse to fix the... read more

Please beware that this place in unethical, unprofessional and in my opinion scammers. I placed an order on 12/7/21. The item was shipped out on 12/16/21. It's currently 1/4/22 and I have still yet to receive the item. When my order was placed, it was purchased by the admin of our company to be sent to my home. Promised shipping date in 15 business days. Lost first shipment had to reorder. Kat assured me she would handle my shipment. She dropped the ball and was never available to talk on the phone again. It took 75 days and part of order arrived damaged. I asked for 20% discount on the part of order that was damaged due to improper packaging. They said no and would not let me talk to supervisor.
