This is for Kaity Cornwall and her direct supervisor Breanna. I have struggled with being spoken to like a human and getting this company to understand that people go through hardships and need help. All through covid we were never given any assistance and still are denied. Thankfully, I now deal directly with Kaity and Breanna and they are a breath of fresh air. 21st Mortgage has been a good company to work with. Many companies don't want to lend money for used trailers. Nathan **** was our Customer Service person and was a pleasure to work with. I admire that if he did not know an answer to a question he would find out and get back to me. I feel that he was super honest to work with.

We needed a lien release really quickly and called 21st Mortgage company. We spoke with Hannah Hernandez, who understood our dilemma and was able to get the lien release emailed to us within a couple hours. We are so grateful to Hannah for her help and how quickly she took care of us. She was very knowledgeable and very polite, easy to work with. THANK YOU Hannah for all of your help!!
